1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QashLine ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use our platform.

Your use of QashLine constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of QashLine after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. User Eligibility

To use QashLine, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a resident of a supported country
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited by law from using the Platform
• Not be listed on any government sanctions or blacklists
• Have a valid form of identification
• Provide accurate and complete information

QashLine is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit minors to use our Platform. If we discover a user is underage, we will immediately terminate their account and may report violations to authorities.

3. Account Creation & Responsibility

Account Registration

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Not sharing your account credentials with others
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• All activities that occur under your account
• Logging out securely after each session

Account Information

You guarantee that:

• All information provided is true and accurate
• You will update information if it changes
• You own or control the payment accounts you link
• You have authority to use provided identification

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of QashLine, you agree to:

Lawful Use

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Platform for illegal activities
• Not facilitate or promote illegal conduct
• Report illegal activity immediately

Platform Respect

• Not interfere with Platform operations or security
• Not attempt to hack, bypass, or exploit systems
• Not scrape, spider, or automated access
• Not reverse engineer or decompile code
• Not bypass authentication or security measures

Content Responsibility

• Not upload malicious content or malware
• Not post abusive, harassing, or defamatory content
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Not share others' private information without consent
• Ensure content is appropriate and legal

Task Completion

• Complete tasks honestly and accurately
• Follow all task instructions carefully
• Not submit fraudulent or incomplete work
• Accept legitimate rejections professionally

5. Earning Opportunities & Compensation

No Guarantee of Income

QashLine provides various earning opportunities, but we make no guarantees regarding:

• Amount of available work or tasks
• Specific earnings or income levels
• Continued availability of opportunities
• Approval of submitted work
• Specific payout amounts

Work Quality Standards

Work must meet quality standards set by clients or the Platform:

• Tasks must be completed accurately
• Work must meet specified requirements
• Deadlines must be respected
• Low-quality work may be rejected without payment
• Repeated rejection may limit access to opportunities

Task Rejection

QashLine and clients reserve the right to reject work that:

• Does not meet quality standards
• Violates instructions or requirements
• Contains errors or inaccuracies
• Is incomplete or late
• Appears to be fraudulent or suspicious

6. Payments & Withdrawals

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed after work approval
• Approval may take 24-48 hours
• Payment timing depends on payment method selected
• M-Pesa transfers are typically instant
• Bank transfers may take 1-2 hours

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: KSH 50 (or equivalent)
• No maximum withdrawal limit
• Withdrawals processed to verified payment accounts only
• Multiple withdrawals per day are permitted
• Withdrawal fees: Zero (100% of earnings paid)

Payment Disputes

If you have a payment issue:

• Contact support within 30 days of transaction
• Provide transaction proof and details
• We will investigate and resolve within 15 days
• Most issues are resolved favorably to users

Forfeiture of Earnings

Users may forfeit earned money if they:

• Violate these Terms or Platform policies
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Engage in money laundering or illegal activity
• Violate AML/KYC regulations
• Have their account terminated for violations

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform IP

All content, features, and functionality on QashLine (including design, text, graphics, code) are owned by QashLine or its licensors and are protected by:

• Copyright laws
• Trademark laws
• Patent laws
• Trade secret laws
• Other applicable IP laws

User-Generated Content

By submitting content to QashLine (including work, comments, feedback), you grant us:

• Non-exclusive, worldwide license to use content
• Right to modify and distribute content
• Right to use for Platform improvement
• Right to display aggregated/anonymized data

Your Rights

You retain ownership of your original work. However, once submitted to clients through QashLine, they may use the work according to their license with you. QashLine does not claim ownership of your work but may use it for Platform analytics and improvement.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce Platform content without permission
• Modify or distribute Platform materials
• Claim Platform content as your own
• Use Platform materials commercially
• Create derivative works from Platform content

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Fraud & Deception

• Submitting fraudulent work or false information
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the system
• Falsifying identity or credentials
• Engaging in money laundering or fraud
• Claiming false qualifications or experience

Abuse & Harassment

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Discrimination based on protected characteristics
• Posting defamatory or slanderous content
• Engaging in cyberbullying or abuse
• Threatening violence or harm

Illegal Activity

• Using Platform for illegal purposes
• Facilitating drug trafficking or sales
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Terrorism financing or support
• Sanction evasion or circumvention

Security & System Abuse

• Hacking or attempting to breach security
• DDoS attacks or service disruption
• Malware distribution or injection
• Unauthorized access to systems
• Reverse engineering or decompilation

Privacy Violations

• Sharing others' personal information without consent
• Phishing or social engineering attacks
• Identity theft or impersonation
• Collecting data without authorization
• Violating others' privacy rights

9. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

QashLine provides the Platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Absence of viruses or harmful code
• Specific earnings or income guarantees

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QashLine will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, revenues, or data
• Business interruption or loss of use
• Damages exceeding fees paid in past 12 months

Service Interruption

We are not liable for service interruptions due to:

• System maintenance or upgrades
• Internet or network issues
• Third-party service failures
• Natural disasters or force majeure
• Government actions or sanctions

User Responsibility

You assume all risks associated with using QashLine, including loss of earnings, data loss, or security breaches. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of important information and using antivirus protection.

10. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt informal resolution:

• Contact QashLine support with dispute details
• Provide all relevant documentation
• Allow 30 days for resolution attempts
• Participate in good-faith discussions

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration:

• Conducted by neutral arbitrator
• Governed by applicable arbitration rules
• Held in Nairobi, Kenya (or mutually agreed location)
• Binding on both parties
• Limited appeal rights

Exceptions

Arbitration does not apply to:

• Claims for intellectual property infringement
• Claims for emergency injunctive relief
• Small claims court claims (if allowed by law)

Class Action Waiver

You agree not to pursue claims as part of a class action or representative action. Disputes must be pursued individually.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

These Terms and your use of QashLine are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws including:

• Anti-money laundering laws
• Know your customer (KYC) regulations
• Sanctions and export control laws
• Data protection and privacy laws
• Consumer protection laws

12. Account Termination

Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Going to Account Settings
• Selecting "Delete Account"
• Following confirmation steps
• Withdrawal of remaining balance first (recommended)

Termination by QashLine

We may terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or policies
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeatedly submit poor-quality work
• Harass or abuse other users
• Are sanctioned or on blacklists
• Pose security or legal risks

Consequences of Termination

Upon termination:

• Account access is immediately revoked
• Pending earnings may be forfeited
• No further work opportunities provided
• Data may be retained per legal requirements
• Permanent ban may apply to violations

Survival

Certain provisions survive termination, including:

• Intellectual property rights
• Limitation of liability
• Dispute resolution terms
• Confidentiality obligations
• Indemnification provisions

13. Amendments to Terms

Right to Modify

QashLine reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will:

• Post updated Terms on the Platform
• Update the "Last Updated" date
• Provide notice of material changes (if required)

Acceptance of Changes

Your continued use of QashLine after amendments indicates acceptance of updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.

Significant Changes

For significant changes affecting user rights or obligations, we will:

• Send email notification to all users
• Provide 30 days notice before implementation
• Allow users to delete accounts before changes
• Post prominent notices on Platform
